These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iqplusglobal.com and any purchase you make from IQ PLUS Private Limited (“IQ PLUS”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
• Interior materials such as UV Marble, ACP, Multiwood and panels are often priced per square foot; final quantity is confirmed before dispatch or site work.
• We make every effort to display accurate prices, descriptions and images. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and material batches.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations, in which case any amount paid is refunded.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed securely through our RBI-authorised payment partner (Razorpay), supporting UPI, cards and net-banking. We do not store your payment credentials.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery is arranged by courier or transport as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Installation services (interior work, solar, CCTV, home automation, etc.) are quoted separately and are subject to a site visit.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

These are covered in our Refund & Return Policy. Custom-cut, made-to-order and installed items are generally non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect on arrival.

7. Warranty

Manufacturer or brand warranty applies to applicable electronics and solar products as stated at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or normal wear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the IQ PLUS name, logo, text and images — is owned by or licensed to IQ PLUS Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IQ PLUS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Palakkad, Kerala.
