Shipping & Delivery Policy

IQ PLUS Private Limited delivers across Kerala. We choose the safest delivery method for each product — small items by courier, and large or heavy items by parcel transport service.

1. Delivery Methods

• Courier — used for smaller items such as home decor, wall clocks, artificial flowers, CCTV accessories, and small electronics.
• Transport / Parcel service — used for large or heavy items such as UV Marble sheets & rolls, ACP sheets, Multiwood, PVC & charcoal panels, solar systems, inverters and batteries.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the product size, weight and your location. On each product you will see one of the following:

• Free Delivery  — delivery is included; you pay nothing extra.
• Delivery Charges Apply  — transport/courier charges are added at checkout or confirmed over WhatsApp before dispatch.

For heavy interior materials sent by transport, the exact charge is confirmed with you before we ship, since it varies by destination. We dispatch only after you confirm you are ready to receive and pay any applicable delivery charge.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Kerala. For locations outside Kerala or for bulk project orders, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

4. Delivery Time

• In and around Pattambi/Palakkad: usually 1–3 days.
• Elsewhere in Kerala by courier or transport: usually 3–7 days, subject to product availability and transport schedules.
• Made-to-order interior materials and project quantities may take longer; the timeline is confirmed at the time of order.

5. Order Tracking & Receiving

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking details or transport (parcel) details on WhatsApp. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately (see our Refund & Return Policy).

6. Installation

Delivery and installation are separate. Installation of interior work, solar, CCTV, home automation and similar products is arranged after a site visit and quoted separately.
